This trail begins with a short bit of rolling terrain and then has a steep, sustained climb for a half of a mile. From here it’s nearly three miles of twisty downhill through dense woodlands. Eventually you’ll pass a water tank signaling you’re about to spit out onto Hurricane Mountain Road; from here you ride back up the road to your vehicle or drive back if you had the foresight to leave a shuttle car.
